I JUST PLACED MY ORDER TODAY, WILL IT SHIP TODAY?

Our office will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. However, during the holidays, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

 

THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

Some of our styles/colors are more popular and sell out faster. We will make sure to update stock at our best ability for your convenience. Unfortunately, some items will not be restocked after they are sold out. We normally do not restock styles in order to keep our store constantly fresh and updated. Feel free to email us if there is an item you are wanting that is out of stock and we can see if it will be restocked.

 

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE A SALE?

We always update our social media and e-mails with current happenings including sales, discount codes and events. Keep checking those or sign up for our email list. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Shipping return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For faulty items that have been worn/used or for returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of Pink Saloon. All sale items are nonreturnable.
